Southern Horizon Housing Limited is part of The AmicusHorizon Housing Group which manages properties and housing services in Kent, London, Surrey and Sussex.  Southern Horizon was created in September 2001 and have offices in Eastbourne (covering East Sussex) and Pease Pottage (covering West Sussex, Surrey, Brighton & Hove). As a part of the AmicusHorizon Housing Group we can draw on the resources and specialist services of a larger group.

At the same time, we are responsible for local decision-making, accountability and resident involvement. To reflect that local focus, four of the twelve board members of Southern Horizon are elected by Tenants.

Our Services - Southern Horizon offers a wide range of services:

• The provision of new homes for rent or shared ownership
• The management of rented homes, temporary leased homes, shared ownership homes, and for other organisations
• The maintenance of rented homes
